Life after Death

This was going to just be a rough character portrait, but I kept going. I don't think it's the same quality as some of my other paintings, but I like it anyway.

This as yet unnamed vampire never wanted to be turned and he spent the first century or so of his after-life neglecting himself. He thought if he starved himself he would die off, but it didn't work that way, and all he really managed to do was permanently weaken himself.
